I always thought the weather was pretty much the same across the country untill last year when I went and worked down in Winchester for 3 months....... Im based in the NorthWest and I would leave the north (peeing it down) hit Birmingham and it would be overcast and by the time I hit Winchester...

I think the North East is the only 'free' area for a new park...... Liverpool could work if/when Camelot closes

I fully understand your points (im a builder lol) And they make perfect sense But surly if you open a theme park you must be able to build new rides, I fully understand the point of view of keeping the locals happy, wild animals ect. I was just chatting to a mate (who hates rollercoasters)...

Runnerway mine train at the American Adventrue, 1st looping coaster was the Missile at AA however it took me like 5 visits before I was brave enough to ride it.....Every year was going to be THE year untill my dad got fed up of me backing out and dragged me on lol, I rode it about 10 times that...

When a new park opens ( or opened in the past) it would have to have planning permission to open......what I want to know has there ever been any court cases when a park has taken its councel to court in order to get planning permission granted (i.e for a new ride)? I only ask as parks such...
