Who makes the Food Loop restaurants?

Does anybody know who manufactures the rails etc for the Food Loop restaurant at Europa Park (and the one coming to Alton Towers)? My initial thought is Mack, as it appeared at Europa first and they have the capability to produce such a thing, but could it be another company?

A look on the website for the restaurant in Hamburg tells me it's by HeineMack GmbH (an innovative, creative and unconventional think tank) which was started in 2001 by Michael Mack.

I found their mozzarella, tomato and basil salad to be rather tasty.. and their chips.

But everything else looked like vom.

Gavin is correct, Food Loop is probably the WORST theme park food imaginable. I'd rather crap in my hand and clap than eat another meal from there.
