I'm not going to go into that would detail on rides because you all know all about them!
My family and I left Cambridge at 8 and arrived at around 9:40.
The entrance!
Sarah and I rode Colossus first, was a good ride. Then moved onto Saw which was awful as usual. We walked past Mr Monkey's Banana Ride and of course had a ride on it.
It was then time for X, standing in the queue listening to 'Dub step' made me feel like such a gangsta. The baggage hold had been moved to the very front of the pyramid, which is very annoying because it really builds the queue up. Speaking of queue the geezer in front of us was wearing two hoodies, I guess one hoody just isn't enough. The new X lights are great but I don't like the music much, still a good ride.
It was then time for lunch, in the 360 grill
The 360 grill had changed a lot, the place had been split into two further, with one end now more like a bar, replacing the middle bar and the other end a more sit down restaurant. We ordered some drinks, which cost £1.60 each and came like this:
The waitress told me this was down to the government for some reason.
But the food was very nice, I had a lovely and spicy lamb curry thing:
nom nom
Here I am pouring my curry on to my rice
Here is the last of my curry falling on to the rice
Next up it was time for Rumba Rapids, which seem to have become more rapid like for this year which is nice, of course I got in first and picked the driest seat so Sarah was the one who got soaked, poor her.
In the queue I noticed part of the queue line fence floating in the water:
Random
We then rode Flying Fish, which was operated by CF's very own Leigh! Hi Leigh!
It time for Inferno, the questions were, would the effect be working? Would it be running as well as last season?
It was running well but the effects were only half working, lights but no smoke!
In the shop they had one of the old cars from a former ride, I never rode, how exciting!
For some reason my parents wanted to take a photo of me, here it is for your enjoyment
Notice how my shorts are not as bright or exciting as the ones Jordanovichy can usually be found modelling.
Last ride of the day was
After The Swarm, I got some Rolos and we drove to the Harvester in Epping, which was most disappointing. I therefore spent the rest of the evening moaning about it.
The end.
