Interesting track & scenery usage and combos.

I read somewhere that the track on Nemesis is supposed to act as "tie-down rope" for the Nemesis beast. Which is what the station and many other parts of scenery are supposed to represent.

I haven't seen that kind of combination before and it makes me think if there are other parks that do the same thing Alton Towers did.

I'm not talking about like what you'd see on rides like Banshee where there are a few things here and there to say "Hey! This ride is based on an Irish ghost that screams when people die!" or when the track on Superman is supposed to represent Superman flying through Metropolis. I'm talking about when parks say the track is supposed to represent something according to the scenery. Like the Nemesis track and theming.

The only good example I can think of is Nemesis. What are some other examples?

Yeah, you really need to read up on your mythology...

I get the feeling you're aiming to win the Topic Starter for next year?! o_O
Oh right, it's Scottish (even though Google called her Irish).

I hadn't intended to win an award but sure. I could take a shot at it.

I kind of get what you mean. The one that immediately came to my mind are Mine trains and their railway sleepers

Lol, my aim was that she doesn't cry when people die, her cry is the bringer of death. Big difference ;)
