Looks like high quality concept art, it would take someone very talented to fake it. And AI wouldn’t be able to come up with specific ride details, which look like mostly lands/rides from other Universal parks.
This person tracked this concept art down to Milton Keynes...
If they’ve signed a contract, they may not be able to cancel one of the coasters, at least not easily - they may end up sending it elsewhere or going for a different model in a differently location.
It is sped up for the trip from the break run into the station, you can see both the start and end of the sped up section. Can’t see any other definite transitions elsewhere.
Legoland parks are as popular as other larger thrill-based parks, but most family rides on offer from manufactures are physically smaller with lower capacities.
These B&M Wing coasters will be the largest rides in their respective parks, and will inevitably end up being the most popular, just...

Though they obviously aren’t very realistic.
B&Ms are reliable and have high capacities, each individual coaster is still fairly small (though will be the largest at each Legoland park). Kiddie/family coasters generally dont have particularly high capacity, as families/kids are not necessarily the main demographic for most parks - but...
Head above the clouds suggests it’s going to be very tall, I reckon they’d want it to become a new major landmark of Blackpool - to do that you’d probably need to be larger than The Big One, but nowhere near the height of the Tower (as large wheels cost a lot). My guess is about ~300ft, put...
The high cost from GofG was from the development, theming, and building the actual buildings - the coaster itself if it were built on open, flat ground would probably have cost around $20million, even with the new type of controlled spinning seats. A Vekoma flyer, like FLY, would probably cost a...
Don’t know if this has already been mentioned:

I doubt they would spend an entire budget on one ride, as their proven strategy is a land with one major(ish) attraction and multiple supporting attractions. A woodie would be a good addition, but if they do it I would imagine it’ll be 1500-2000ft and as the anchor of a new land.
A dark ride...
I thought is was very likely not to be a regular sit down launch coaster as they already just built one of a similar size at Seaworld Orlando. And it was already likely considering it’s called the Surf coaster (and in surfing you stand up), and there were blueprints for new B&M standup...
If Merlin are wanting to increase the lineup of attractions based on Jumanji, there’s a chance they could strip the ride out and replace it with a clone of the ride at Gardaland, and make it an extension to Katanga Canyon.
