    RMC before New Texas Giant

I remember reading somewhere that RMC was founded in 2001. Today, it is considered to be one of, if not the best, manufacturers currently operating. But what did RMC make in the years leading up to 2011's New Texas Giant?

    Selling Conversions to the GP

In my opinion, the GP never bothers to look further into a ride after seeing a 30 second ad on TV show describing how hot the new attraction is. They hear "introducing the all-new Rougarou" and get excited they can take another trip to a park to ride the new big thing. And most, if not all...

    Care to elaborate, please?

    Wildcat RMC?

Hersheypark is my hometown, so as much as I would like to see RMC work with Wildcat, I don't think it will happen. I predict that Iron Horse treatments will diminish in popularity within the next couple of years. By the team it gets into Hershey execs' heads that Wildcat could benefit greatly...

Six Flags America Worth a Stop?

So, my family and I are heading down to Virginia for BGW and KD. As an early teen, my parents rightfully don't want to spend lots of money on amusement parks. But is Six Flags America, right along the route, worth a stop along the way?

Mine was an SLC... Fly - The Great Nor'Easter at Morey's Piers. SooperDooperLooper at Hersheypark could be a good start , as it only has that one inversion.

Park with the best water ride selection

Islands of Adventure is one of my favorite parks, and as a lot of people have been saying, Dudley Do-Right's Ripsaw Falls is my favorite water ride. Jurassic Park River Adventure also has great theming.

The Best non-Cedar Fair or Six Flags park

Just to let you all know, after some rethinking, I realized EPCOT was superior to Magic Kingdom and Islands of Adventure. So that is now my favorite park.

The Best non-Cedar Fair or Six Flags park

Re: The Best non-Cedar Fair or Six Fags park I didn't mean best, I just meant most popular. I completely agree with you. My two favorite parks are Islands of Adventure and Magic Kingdom. These parks are much better than the Six Flags and Cedar Fair parks, because coasters aren't everything, and...

The Best non-Cedar Fair or Six Flags park

So Cedar Fair and Six Flags are quite obviously the most popular in terms of thrills for theme parks. But there are tons of other great parks like Islands of Adventure, Alton Towers, Silver Dollar City, and the Busch Gardens parks just to name a few. Which one is your favorite?

    Top 10(ish): 2024 Edition - page 124

Re: Top 10(ish): 2014 Edition Yes. I left my computer on, and while I was gone, my brother must have seen an opportunity to mess around. He tried his own top ten on my account, and ended up just copying off of the Golden Tickets. Just saw this post now. My bad.

    Intimidator 305 vs. Millennium Force

I am only 12 years old, so I am kind of limited on how often I get to parks. But next year I am heading to Cedar Point and eventually Kings Dominion. These two giga coasters are very similar, as I305 was actually based off of Maverick and Millennium combined. So what should I expect to be the...

Mitch Hawker Poll vs. Golden Ticket Awards

Really? I honestly had no idea. I am new in the coaster world and cf, and I am only 12. I guess I should've known that. And I had no idea TPR had that much "power." Wow.

Mitch Hawker Poll vs. Golden Ticket Awards

I know this is a weird topic, but as the Golden Ticket Awards are tonight, I was just curious to see what everyone thought was more accurate. Personally, I think the GTAs are more on key. I think their 10 ten coaster lists are very accurate, while Mitch Hawker's is kind out of place (especially...
