Replying to this as I've done in some other places to say that this post is completely unfounded and the park still intends on attempting to open El Toro before the end of the season. RMC does not need to do anything with regards to replying to the Department of Community affairs since the issue...
You're asking for a safety system that would cause more problems for a ride than it already has. Humans can be unreliable, yes, but machines can't run these rides by themselves without some sort of human interface.
Most rapids rides have multiple observation points that attendants stay at in order to see every inch of the ride in case something goes wrong, and also have their own E-Stops and ways to communicate to the ride's station.
The biggest issue with this incident is that Adventureland did not have...
I mean if the kiddie creds are *that* important to your count the best way I can suggest getting them is going during some sort of enthusiast event. Something like Holiday World's Holiwood Nights, Coastermania, Coasterstock, etc.
Might be a bit of a pain in the ass if you don't really want to...
Bilgerat Barges had to be redesigned during testomg because a bridge ended up being a decapitating experience.

No idea what it's about, because Clermont...
Err. That's not a permit file, that's a shipping manifest log. It's a single item that weighs about 700 lbs.

Don't mean to burst any bubbles on that, it's not what anyone thinks it is.
For whatever the reason, despite the history of these types of rides, parks continue to operate them and some even feel the need to build one in this day and age.
Most manufacturers take into account cycle time, and assume all available units will be cycled through in that theoretical hour.
It's how you end up with wild ones like El Toro and Intimidator 305 getting 1500 riders per hour despite neither of them being able to break 40 trains per hour.
New Jersey will ask for them to reinspect the ride and probably just supervise part of the daily track inspection process that Great Adventure does, maybe ask for a 3rd party to come in at most. Recertify the ride's annual inspection prior to reopening and then recertify the damaged train when...
Sad to report that the coaster is indeed fake and was created by someone in the NoLimits Discord. I also wouldn't know why Cedar Point would insist on tearing down their skycoaster for a second time in less than 5 years.
