I bet Merlin have got some sort of new theming object with some sort of new gimmick to add to the ride.

The effects aren't broken, It's just they get turned off every time it breaks down and it needs someone from management to reset the effects. When I rode Wicker Man a couple of weeks back there were no fire effects in the morning but there were in the afternoon up until ride closure.

Am I the only one who's surprised Legoland is getting a new major dark ride just 2 years after the last? And they've got The Lego Movie Land coming up soon as well. I thought Legoland's were on a 5 year CAPEX cycle!

Yeah I'm aware of them rumours (I was at a Merlin park when I heard about them) but months past by and Merlin released a statement that they weren't interested in buying those assets as well as SeaWorld's CEO saying that SeaWorld is not being sold.

What Twitter post? And why would they want to buy SeaWorld?
