I suppose this could be another one of those LIM launch coasters Vekoma has been introducing this year? It's incredible to see how much development Poland has seen in the last ten years when it comes to the theme park industry.

The product page for the Multi Dimension Coaster on the Intamin website shows those elements in a bit more detail with a nice clean animation showing their usage. Some really cool elements that could be incredible with high-level themeing.
The plan is to build one after the park/resort has opened I think, currently not in the works. The Saudi Arabian GP in Jeddah will be moved here once the track is built, the aim seems to be 2028 for the first race in Qiddiya.
