If Fury is any indication, it’ll be like a sideways lateral turn. The shaping makes it so that your body is still floating vertically while you’re resting on your side.
That I’ve ridden:
1) Millennium Force
2) Maverick
3) Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure
4) Wicked Twister
5) Top Thrill Dragster
I guess I could add Gringotts or Wilderness Run (CP), but I find it hard to rank either one purely as a coaster.
This looks to be a good fit for the park IMO, but I hope they keep to their 48” height requirement. If this is really supposed to be the “in-between” coaster between Shamu/Atlantis and the B&M’s, it can’t carry a 54” height requirement.
Excited for the coaster, but I’m not a fan of the name. I really hope that ‘Iron Gwazi’ is just a placeholder and they go for something more appropriate, like Tamsah (Crocodile in Arabic).
I wonder if it would be physically possible to convert a coaster using Raptor-track. It’s practically the same technology, right? Just less fabrication time?
Then again it could be nothing, or Six Flags not willing to shell out anymore on maintenance.
It looks like the they didn't purchase the trains with the coaster, so it's safe to assume this will have the new trains w/ vest restraints.

I think they may have picked up more than just Cobra from Ratanga Junction. That ship in front of cobra looks suspiciously similar in shape to the one that used to be at Ratanga. Maybe they went the route of buying several used rides to save on hardware costs.
