Wild Water West in South Dakota mentioned plans to get a standard Raptor quite some time ago. It could easily have been cancelled/shuffled around like the KK one, but I think it's safe to assume WWW is still the recipient (unless new info comes to light, of course).

Isn't RCDB run by a single guy? Yeah, some issues and errors are going to pop up (not the least of which, the fact he counts the skywarps as coasters).

That might be exactly why: Branch out and work with another well-regarded manufacturer and possibly built another relationship. Intamin might also not have been available for the project (and Universal already has another Intamin Blitz going to their California park).

GhostRider is an elite ride. It didn't need RMC. And Knott's got Xcelerator and Hangtime after Cedar Fair took over. The park is doing fine. :P

Given the fact this and Pipeline were first-of-their-kind prototypes, I'd bet that SWO got an exceptionally good deal on them, especially if they were part of some "prototype bundle". I think it would be foolish of B&M not to offer those coasters at a steep discount, to prove to the industry...

This is good, obviously, and I was going to be passing by Lake George next year for my anniversary trip with the husbando. But my selfish, western-NY ass can't help but think, "surely, Darien Lake will be getting some love too, right?"
