Where does Alton factor into this?

Cleverest uses of illusions within theme parks?

For me it will always be transporting aboard the Enterprise at the Star Trek Experience in Vegas. I would even say that I was more impressed during the backstage tour where they let you do it with the lights on. Wild. RIP

Six Flags Saudi Arabia(?) | Saudi Arabia | Theme Park

Thank you, for I don't have any energy left to say all this myself. On point as always.

    Alternate versions of theme parks

Love this topic. I've been saying for years- just give me about $500 million and I can fix Kings Island.

I've been mostly a lurker on CF for nearly a decade and I'm just a little curious, who are all these new people that suddenly care so much about Worlds of Fun? lol sus

Most rides you've ever had on one attraction in a day?

Back in the days of Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom, the ride ops let me ride Chang 13 times without getting off. Also did 13 rides in a row on Big Apple coaster back when the all-day pass was cheaper than a one off ride is now. Wow, my examples are terrible

Busch Gardens Williamsburg | Pantheon | Intamin LSM Coaster | 2022

It's probably because Pantheon's theming is "coaster in a dirt field with a pole barn for a station". I'm sure it rides great, but Busch could have done... anything. Wait a second, how are all those Florida coasters in your top 10 if you've never been to America? haha

    Walt Disney World

Speaking as an out-of-work, former semi-professional stage actor (aka take with a grain of salt, but it's pretty obvious if you're paying attention), they're nervous. They were either read the riot act and told that everything had to be perfect for the press, or they started rehearsing for...

Coasters that deserve a full re-track/makeover...

I've been saying this for a decade. I know it will probably never happen, but imagining how amazing it *could* be... I still love the thing, I just want to love it more. lol Imagine that 400 foot long trim shed thing being transformed into airtime hills (in better trains, of course). Throw some...

What are your thoughts on going backwards on coasters?

This is exactly how I feel! As a kid, there were days at Kings Island that I could get in the front car/back row of the backwards Racer and ride that all day. The first drop was incredible.

    Alien Encounter

Rode this as well, but it was so long ago all I can really remember is the feeling of something crawling around my neck/back and the great effect of the alien appearing in the glass tube, which then broke and started the "lights out" portion of the experience. It was a lot of fun, but as far as...
