First park you’ll be going to

My first park will most likely be Thorpe, but as soon as we get the all clear to travel again I'll be straight off to Energylandia and Legendia!

LEGOLAND Windsor | Duplo Dino Coaster | Mack Oval

We got a ride on it today. Large trains, comfortable restraints and bold, colourful theming. Makes it the perfect coaster for young kids. Only downside is how quickly picks up a long queue.

Legoland Windsor - Lego Movie World

Work walls have gone up and construction is underway. From Mia's Riding Adventure you can see they're alredy preparing the land and laying new pipes. Looking forward to watching this project come together!

Small News From The Theme Park Industry

The Alton Towers website says that Coke Frestyle will be coming to the park for the 2020 season. I was hoping this would happen after the success they had at Thorpe Park. Maybe we'll also see it at Chessington soon.

Thorpe Park: What could the future hold?

With their latest post it feels like Thorpe are hinting towards changes with or around Stealth. I hope this isn't the case as it would feel like a massive waste of money considering all the other issues within the park.

Thorpe Park: What could the future hold?

This image was recently shared on Thorpe Parks twitter and Instagram accounts before being deleted shortly after. I'm not going to jump to conclusions about what this means, but both this image and the intalizing for 2020 message have me feeling like they could be teasing something with a...

Legoland Windsor - Lego Movie World

It looks like the recent planning application for the redevelopment of Adventure Land has been approved. The new Lego Movie area is set to include the UK's first flying theatre, two family drop towers, a new children's play area and the re-theme of squid surfers. Although it won't come close to...

Looking for High Res roller coaster logos!

There's this one of Montu, should be clear enough for the artist to copy. Im afraid I can't find anything close to this quality for Kumba though.

Least favorite coaster you have ridden?

Its a tie between Hero at Flamingo Land or Condor at Walibi Holland. being the first SLC constructed its strongly in need of a swift bulldoze, quickly followed by the rest of them. Hero could be made slightly less horrendous by the use of a full body bubble wrap suit.

    What's Your Favourite Madhouse?

I didn't even realise there was one in Phantasialand, will have to try it when I go back for FLY next year. 1) Hex - Alton Towers 2) Haunted House Monster Party - Legoland Windsor 3) The Haunting - Drayton Manor 4) Merlin's Castle - Walibi Holland

    Thorpe Park Fright Nights 2019

I was at Thorpe for the weekend, this was my first experience of Fright Nights so I don't really have anything to compare it to. The park felt no different to usual, still lacking atmosphere but this time with some green lighting. Sometimes you'd see a group of actors interact with guests as...

What is the wettest water ride you've ever been on?

Bilge-Rat is the parks rapids ride, located in the Toon Lagoon area. River Adventure is a different water ride found in the Jurassic Park area.

What is the wettest water ride you've ever been on?

I'll agree with most people, Valhalla. Tidal Wave at TP is great, but Valhalla is relentless. Especially when that water tunnel is turned on! Bilge-Rat Barges comes a close second. Universal designed it as a soaker due to the hot Florida weather. Definitely my favourite way to cool down when...

Paultons Park | Tornado Springs | New Area 2021

It's interesting that the ride is capable of rotating 360 degrees but will come with "A programme that provides a slightly less extreme ride." Being a family park I doubt we'll see the full rotation of the ride, I'm guessing it will be like more Drayton Manors Maelstrom than Axis at Adventure...

Kent, England | The London Resort | Entertainment Complex

This parks been talked about for 12 years, you would have thought more progress would have been made by now if something was going to happen. Don't get me wrong, I'd love a resort of this size two hours from my house. But until construction actually starts I wont be getting my hopes up, I can't...

Paultons Park | Tornado Springs | New Area 2021

Its been a couple of years since my last trip to Paultons, really looking forward to seeing this new area. Out of the UK parks I've visited Paultons feels like one of the few who have a clear plan of where they're heading. I agree in thinking their next investment should be a water ride, I could...
