If we're talking best view, honourable mention to Sky Screamer at Marineland in Canada, which overlooks Niagara Falls and the infamously bizarre Dragon Mountain coaster.
I like Chessington's hotel when I stayed there - but admittedly that was in 2010 when it was still a Holiday Inn.
The showers were good, the food was great and there were giraffe views (and a fish tank) but, like most of Chessington, I'm prepared to believe it's gone very much downhill.
In all seriousness, I'll be upset if this is the end of Tornado.
It's a massive guilty pleasure and sure, it can be downright vicious, but it's also insanely intense to the point that I prefer it to a number of the UK's more common models.
Booo, but as said before, this was an inevitability - TBH I wish they'd actually cancel my flights so I can start thinking of a Plan B.
September's looking like my best choice as it'd just be hellish trying to do a big cred run in high season.
