This can be very difficult for me. Most of the time I only have a list of my most favorite coasters and i know what are the coasters on the bottom of that list.
But the ones in the middle, the mediocre rides are the most difficult to put in a list.

10. Wildfire, Kolmarden / Zadra, Energylandia (I can't choose)
9. Helix, Liseberg
8. Shambhala, PortAventura
7. Montu, Busch Gardens Tampa
6. Wild Mouse, Blackpool Pleasure Beach
5. Big One, Blackpool Pleasure Beach
4. Euro Star, German fairs
3. Silver Star, Europa Park
2. Vortex, Paramount's Great America
1. Coaster Express, Parque Warner Madrid
0. Grizzly, Paramount's Great America

This was kinda hard to do as most rollercoasters are fantastic in their own ways:

10 - Top Thrill Dragster, Cedar point
9 - Stealth, Thorpe park
8 - Olympia/Munich Looping
7 - Dwervelwind, Toverland
6 - Infusion, Blackpool Pleasure beach
5 - Hollywood Rip ride rockit, Universal Orlando
4 - Fiorano GT challenge, Ferrari world
3 - Troy, Toverland
2 - Big dipper, BPB
1 - Magnum XL-200, Cedar point
0 - Screamin Eagle, Luna Park coney Island

Hyper Poster
10/10 - Hyperion, Energylandia
9/10 - Shambala, PortAventura
8/10 - Monster, Walygator
7/10 - Taron, Phantasialand
6/10 - blue fire Megacoaster, Europapark
5/10 - Loup Garou, Walibi Belgium
4/10 - Joris en de Draak, Efteling
3/10 - The Ultimate, Lightwater Valley
2/10 - Big Loop, Heide Park
1/10 - MP Express, Movie Park Germany
0/10 - Tonnere de Zeus, Parc Asterix

I tried to keep it to one entry per park, and I was suprised how easy it was to fill 5-10 and 0-1, but the below average part was suprisingly hard.

I've had my troubles deciding which one to pick for each score. So, let's add another restriction: What about picking all coasters from one manufacturer? Actually, with Mack it seems to work, they have a pretty large span:

10 RTH (Plopsa de Panne)
9 Helix (Liseberg)
8 Copperhead strike (Carowinds)
7 Alpina Blitz (Nigloland)
6 Star Trek (Movie Park)
5 Bobbahn (Heide)
4 Poseidon (Europa)
3 Tulireki (Linnanmäki)
2 Dwervelwind (Toverland)
1 Euro Mir (Europa)
0 don't think there is one I'd give a zero

Well, I'm not so sure about the ranking of the bad coasters (<5). Naturally, I don't ride them more than once, so maybe I'm doing some of them wrong.

I'm not sure I've ever ridden a coaster that I'd give a 0, although I'm seeing a lot of Grand National at 0, so maybe my list will change when I finally visit BPB in a few weeks.
10: Mako, Sea World Orlando
9: Hagrid's, Islands of Adventure Orlando
8: Montu, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay
7: Nemesis, Alton Towers
6: Wickerman, Alton Towers
5: Tigris, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay,
4: Saw, Thorpe Park
3: The Walking Dead Ride, Thorpe Park
2: Oblivion, Alton Towers
1: Colusses, Thorpe Park

Mako was my first B&M hyper coaster, and I absolutely adore it, my favourite ride to date, but I am returning to Florida next year, so maybe Velocicoaster when I ride it may take its spot!
I know Oblivion at 2 would maybe confuse a lot of people, because I know people love its drop, but of the Dive coasters I have ridden, it's just very boring, short and loses any of it's thrill after the first ride in my opinion. Also, Colusses is at 1 purely for the fact I find it completely uncomfortable to ride, I come off with an almost headache, achy legs and thoughts of wishing I went on any other ride instead.

What about Rougarou was unbearable? I enjoyed it a lot, but thought it would be too neutral of a ride to be seen as anything less than mediocre, so am just curious what your thoughts were?
I didn't really enjoy it since it used to be a stand up the heartlining was way off for the floorless trains. although I'm sure if I got another ride on it i'm sure it would rank higher.
