No, it hasn't. Until yesterday, the image was of one taken in 2008, while SAW - The Ride was still under construction. And due to Google's licensing, they cannot publish an image that is under two years old, so this is the best we're going to get.

The Google Earth image above Thorpe Park has been updated, with an image taken in 2010. :)

That theming is beautiful! Can't wait to see the ride operating again now! :D

Is there a rough idea of how long it's going to be until the ride opens back up again?

Now I'm more determined than ever to win Deal or no Deal, could have this in the garden! Seriously though, this decision has surprised me hugely. I really hope Blackgang Chine isn't going to go out of business, considering it's often regarded as the oldest 'amusement park' in the world.
