Worlds of Fun is getting Knott's Windseeker for 2014. It will be named the SteelHawk. This might also be hinting that Knott's could be getting something new soon.

Could something new take its place? Yes, and eventually something will. But I don't think that's why the ride is leaving. Knotts got a lot of bad press because of this ride, even the national media got a hold of the story. I think this move is more of a result of the fallout from all that.

They found out that this was Knott's's windseeker and theyre freaking out. thats probably WoF didn't name it windseeker. to hide it from the general public.

That's right I saw the WoF website a couple days ago. Not a huge fan of the name though, but nice to see something different than "Windseeker."

It's a perfect ride for Worlds of Fun, but odd choice on the name. It will be located next to Patriot, which is only like a thirty-second walk from Thunderhawk. Bit too similar if you ask me, but nonetheless it's a great addition. Can't wait for those views of the KC skyline.
