Not quite sure why the pieces for the support are all together on the ground but I will let you speculate on that. The report also says that the first delivery of parts should have arrived on the 5th of May.

^^ My guess is that they want to check if all the support pieces actually fit together perfectly before shipping, say that one of the braces is a bit too short/long, it's cheaper to do a quick test in the factory instead of finding out during the build.

^ Nope, Flyer track have curved track-ties so that it can handle the forces better. Those track pieces are either for sit-down (all types) or a new stand up.

Whoa. That's one big support there. This will be huge. At least, it looks so.

I think about going to China once. Perhaps in five year's time. Hopefully, I'll get to ride this then.

That's pretty interesting news. I wonder if it will be inside facing or outside facing. I'm also interested in the double corkscrew that's supposed to be in the ride.

U can get a rough idea of the first half of the layout with the loop here.
Following this its a right turn around the station, a double corkscrew and then a left handed helix into the brakes.

Indeed. I'm 99.9% sure i know where to as well. Although I'm not expecting it to pop up until 2012 I'm keeping an eye out for it.

Edit: Infact heres a model of it at Ocean Park :p

I don't understand why people aren't more excited about this ride, it appears to have a much more interesting layout than any other B&M flyer out there.

^Because of where it's located.

If it were in an American or UK park it would be up to 50 pages by now, but it's suffering from that "I will never get there...wah wah wah" attitude.

The new stand up at Ocean Park (if that's what it is) looks very interesting. I thought these things were practically dead...

Not seeing anything curved there.... Just squared edges.

There are, however, SOME sections that do have a curvy track tie on the older flyers- the newer ones not so much.
