Yup Fantawild are at it again. This is the 5th wooden coaster going to a Fantawild park this year and the 5th with a different layout.

Not much known so far but according to the parks press release the ride will be 995m (3265ft) long, 90km/h (56mph) and feature a corkscrew inversion. The ride will also have at least one 90degree banked section but unsure what form that will come in yet.

So many amazing Gravity Groups in China, all running one train with two hour queues

I do need to get back and mop up some of these!

On closer inspection the positioning of the brake run indicates this could be a clone of Jinan's ride.

Not confirmed yet but the stats are similar.

Hopefully it is unique but its certainly possible its a clone.

^^ Operations at Fantawild are ****, but the parks don't get busy enough for massive waits. Yeah it's frustrating as hell to wait half an hour for what should be a ten-minute queue, but at least they don't get Happy Valley's visitor numbers.

^ If it is a clone, it's a good one to copy. The Jinan woodie is amazing.

Just got it confirmed from Martin & Vleminckx that it is indeed a clone of the Jinan ride. Which is a shame but as you said at least they are cloning a great ride.

The park is due to open some time in the next few weeks. Not sure on the date as there seems to be loads around and none of it really makes sense. But the park is finished.

Ugh! I'm so unsure whether to risk it. The plan was to head there a week on Friday, but it's a bit of a pain in the arse and would involve lugging luggage around since I'd be heading there between cities/hotels.

Tempted to leave it now.

Park is soft opening at the moment ready for grand opening on the 16th.

Got to be honest, I'm kind of over their whole copy/paste thing now, especially when they seem totally unable to edit themselves.

That Colourful Kingdom thing (their version of Small World) is a f**king joke. I've done two of them, both basically brand new, and 95% of the animatronics were f**ked. Do they learn from that? Think that maybe they should rethink their animatronics? Nope; shove one in anyway.

The park is now open. Seems work on the 2nd park may have already begun too but news on that when I can confirm it
