Napolean theme park?

I remember hearing a version of this story on Radio4s Today program ('cos i iz edooocated i iz) a couple of months ago, anyway the story has made it to the BBC website now;

Plans are afoot to build a theme park based on the life and times of the French leader Napoleon Bonaparte. Can it be a tourist magnet to rival nearby Disneyland Paris?
