Lotte World have added VR to French Revolution. It's a dreadful ride with awful headbanging, so this really won't help. Add to that the one-train operations and massive queues, and this is just a diabolical decision on every conceivable level.

Not content with that though, in what is quite possibly the single biggest misuse of VR we've seen so far, they're also adding it to Gyro Drop. The WHOLE POINT of a drop tower is the height. What possible benefit can VR bring to it?

Yes. That made Lotte World's operation time way more longer. That coaster had 3 min dispatch on nonVR but 6 min in VR
So capacity:252 pph... awful
normal capacity: 420~840 pph
but they usually dont use VR mode in 2019.

Not the first time VR has been added to a drop tower, Six Flags Magic Mountain did it to Lex Luther:

To be fair, I actually think might be quite cool, although I would be taking the goggles off several times to check out the real view.
What isn't so cool is how the headset shown in that video is actually a Samsung VR Gear, with an actual phone, held in place with a cable-tie! So classy :D
