Looks like Elitch Gardens isn't the only park to install a new Fire Ball flat ride. viewtopic.php?f=3&t=37433
It's scheduled to open in May.

Re: Kemah Boardwalk | Flare | Larson International 'Fire Bal

Flare opened today. It's one of only three currently built in the U.S., but there are plenty of the older Larson International Ring of Fire rides at various American parks - many of which have been outfitted with new Fire Ball open trains.
