O.K. this is kind of a no-limits question, but i was wondering how much g-forces a typical launch would produce

Depends on the launch system, you usually see around 1-1.5 g's on most magnetic based ones, hydraulic range from 1-2 g's, where as compressed air can range from 1 all the way up to over 4 g's.
It all comes down to average g or peak, average would probably be more sensible in NL at least. So the 4 g's that Dodonpa pulls initially is out of the question (average g on Dodonpa is around 2.7 g's)...

ok thanks right now im using a magnetic based launch at 2g's so i think that should be o.k.

Might be a bit on the high side, but be sure that you just reach the top speed at the end of the track. There is nothing worse than a coaster that reaches it's top speed after half the launch track and then cruises for the rest...

yeah, but i figured since the military has LIMs that can create launches ten times as forceful as this I think it should be o.k.
