Easter Holidays - Alton Towers

Could anyone please tell me when the schools in their area beak up for Easter please?

I figured that the last day of the term would be Friday 27th March (so the Easter weekend is in the middle of the 2 weeks), but on Radio 1 today, some one text in saying it was their last day of term today!

I'm only wondering becuase I'm going to Alton on tuesday, I picked this day as I thought it would be dead, thinking that the schools weren't off until next week!

All the schools round here have still got a week before they break up.
But I'm not sure if Southern term dates are the same as the midlands.

Some schools break up late next week, but I don't think any are off on Tuesday.

The day should be pretty good for you

Some schools have broke up this week, but most including the Midlands don't break up until next Thursday/Friday.

I don't expect it to be that busy next week as like I say, the majority of schools are still in. You're probably looking at 15 minute queues max, if that!

I remember going to Alton a couple of years back on a quiet weekday just after it opened, it was awsome, no queue's at all, yet Rita and Air were running 2 trains!

I'm looking forward to getting a go on Spinball without using the single rider queue!
