Looks like they had to shut down traffic in front of Camden after a worker got trapped under their SBF Visa Spinner, said they had to "partially dismantle" the ride to get him out after ~25 minutes.
Honestly, having been there, I wasn't surprised when OSHA fined them a few years ago and I'm not surprised now. I consider it the worst park I've been to, I thought it seemed sketchy, and for the most part this seems to be the general consensus I read about the place. Maybe the worker made a mistake, maybe the park didn't protect him, I'm almost certain this wasn't a manufacturer thing, though.
