Construction on Skyvue has stopped for the time being, While Project Linq is still being made. Some people say its stopped until Linq is finished, amd others say its done with.

A security guard is still stationed there so....who knows

That's because news has spread to St. Helens that there's a load of steel lying around and the lads are heading over to scouse it one night (it's all Lofty's fault ). Yuo can get a fair amount of beer tokens for it down the scrappy, along with the railway signal cables and copper wire stripped from the telephone exchange.

Are they the ones without the strong scouse accents that live out Haydock way?

I'm sure they all moved there from Widnes because the place stank too much and the locals used to rob off them

Just an lifeless construction site as of last week - Speed was still sitting in the lot and the supports for the wheel were just standing there looking somewhat abandoned.

The Skyvue was waiting for investors and last I heard, they had found some more and construction will start after Project Linq is more finished.
