Most relocated coasters aren't re-painted before installation begins.

I'm so glad that they're not spiting it, it looked so fun! Pretty good place to put it too, right near the Las Vegas sign!

According to peeps on TPR, the ride is still sitting there, scattered all over the ground. Aand going by the way they're talking, they're not expecting it to get built at all.

Vegas has gone to **** in the last few years. Meh, I've got the cred.

But......the effort.....tearing it down, moving it all the way over there, then to leave it to rust, at literally one of the first points you see as you enter the strip? Why? <//3

Four numbers: 2008. The United States over the last twenty years has essentially lowered regulation of banks that operate in America, allowing for banks to take on more risk with more lucrative loans. This includes millions of dollars wasted on failed Vegas developments, hotels, and plazas.

This legacy continues with a rolling laundry list of hotels and casinos on the brink of going under on the Strip. Gambling revenue greased the skips for many hotels in 2008, which are just now feeling the financial pain of the 2008 recession.

Bottomline: Unless this coaster is being built by Adventuredome - the only true mark of amusement park success on the Strip, don't hold your breath.

^No, it wasn't. It was the best coaster in Nevada, although that's not saying much.

They probably just saw that it was going cheap and bought it for when they can be bothered to build it. I'll give them until the end of the year, then if they still haven't done anything it's fair to write it off.

It hasn't been on site for THAT long has it?

Not that I give a shet, it's pretty rubbash anyway.

I have a feeling that this ride will be destined to spend the rest of its life in a car park.
