One of the rides in my top 5 coasters is a TOGO standup... jSkyrider at Canada's Wonderland... Hey, it's actually pretty darn forceful!... better than alot of the coasters at that park :)
I have had some enjoyable, and pretty powerful /g-force filled rides on SLCs... and while I understand why...
Personally, I find that how good a time you have at apart more depends on who you're with, rather than the park/fair itself. For example, just tonight, I was at a local carnival, which, although had a few decent rides, but overall was really sketchy and had pretty bad operations. However, as I...
Just added 3 new vids to my YouTube channel.

I've only been on Leviathan, but from what I've heard here and seen in videos, here's probably how my ranking would go.
1: i305. I like really intense rides, like the Mmindbender at the Edmonton mall (#2 fav coaster right now).
2: Leviiathan (aka L306... So want that to catch on!). Seems very...
I'd have to say that I like older B&Ms and newer intamins... I hope to god B&M starts building more intense rides again like they did 20-10 years ago... If not, although Intamin may not be able to beat them due to their somewhat poor reliabilaty, once RMC starts to build steel coasters, they...
Ya, leviathan has some pretty crazy elements. The first drop feels like it will never end, and the speed hill provides some great air. Also find the G forces in the last couple valleys of the ride to be pretty strong.
Many other rides in that park are also pretty intense as well, with the...
Besides most airtime hills, loops and forceful Helixs, one element that really sticks out to me are the corkscrews on LevVampire (BTR clone) at La Ronde in Montreal. The feeling of just sorta hanging there upside down on the way up the inversion and then being forcefully whipped back right side...
Well, that's very interesting. To me still looks like a double mini capriolo though.
Here's an onride video.... looks even more intense than its larger cousin (Mondial Capriolo), as it can do multiple flips in a row, similar to the cars on a chance zipper (one fo the most intense flats we...
While browsing youtubevi came across this strange ride... It seems to be a cross between a kamikaze/sky flyer type ride and a Mondual Capriolo.
Here's a video of the ride in action:

Well, I guess so, but IMO that sort of stuff is expected in the ride industry... Just look at Vekoma SLCs & B&M inverts, or the countless HUSS frisbee clones. Hey, even pros life copied Whitewater's boomerango with the tornado wave... And then there's stuff like bowl slides, which everyone...
So, out of the two main warerslide manufacturers, which one do you think is better and why?
Personally, I am a big fan of proslide, as I only live about 5 hours from their HW, and hope to work their someday.. However, I also live many of whitewater's rides, and have had the oportunity to ride...
I will certianly check you out man, sounds cool.
Also, does anyone know exactly how the youtube thing on the sidebar works for CF?.. Do you upload vids to CF's channel or something?.. Sorry if it sounds dumb, but I'm new here.
I've recently taken to filming at parks/fairs in the past couple years, and am enjoying it quite a bit. I've uploaded unite a few vids to youtube, recently uploading a montage of last ronde tht I have this post.
What about you?.. Do you film at all when at parks or fairs?
And, as promised...
Sitting on the outside seats on the trip out on Goliath at la ronde is pretty freakin crazy... Always think you'll hit the supports of the other hills beside you.
