To the best of my knowledge, no. As I understand it, the second train isn't actually at the park, but it will arrive this week and be taken to the maintenance building pretty much straight away. Today was for early initial tests of the system, checking restraints, etc.

Just a brief look on rcdb suggests to me that: Steel Taipan Capitol Bullet Train DC Rivals Star Trek don't have lights, just as some examples (I could be wrong). I also think some of the Blue Fire clones knocking about don't have lights. I think, simply put, there isn't any AV on the trains.
